ZMXQ (X) type light and small pneumatic diaphragm three-way confluence (diversion) control valve
The ZMXQ (X) type pneumatic diaphragm light and small three-way control valve has two types: confluence and diversion. It consists of a multi-spring, zero-adjustable diaphragm actuator and a three-way confluence or three-way diversion control valve, and is an upgraded product of the ZMXQ (X) type. It is smaller and lighter in volume and weight than the ZMXQ (X), with a low center of gravity and good shock resistance. It can replace two single-seat and double-seat control valves, saving investment and occupying less space. The valve core structure adopts a cylindrical thin-walled window and is guided by the side.

 

The function of the confluence valve is to merge two streams of fluid into a third stream, while the diversion valve is to split one stream of fluid into two streams. The diversion and confluence valves can only be selected correspondingly, but when DN < 80, the confluence valve can be used in diversion occasions. Three-way control valves are usually used for two-phase regulation of heat exchangers, and can also be used for simple distribution regulation.
