ZZYP (N) Self-operated Pressure Regulating Valve
The ZZYP (N) type direct-acting self-operated pressure regulating valve is composed of a valve body, a valve core, a valve seat and an actuator. It is an energy-saving product that automatically regulates pressure by utilizing the pressure change of the regulated medium itself. By installing the valve assembly in the forward or reverse direction, the pressure control before and after the valve can be realized. It is widely used in automatic control systems of industrial production processes such as natural gas extraction and transportation, urban gas, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry and textile.

Operating Principle |
a. Post-valve pressure regulation: The valve body assembly is in a forward-mounted structure. The medium flows through the valve core and valve seat in the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, flows out after decompression, and at the same time, this pressure is transmitted to the actuator diaphragm chamber through the control pipeline, generating a downward thrust that balances with the set value of the balance spring, thus stabilizing the valve core opening at the position corresponding to the post-valve pressure. If changes in the pre-valve pressure or post-valve load cause a change in the post-valve pressure, disrupting the balance, the valve core opening will adjust accordingly through feedback via the control pipeline, restoring the post-valve pressure to its original set value and ensuring a constant post-valve pressure output. |
