T50 and T50NACE filter-type pressure regulating valves

Marsh Bellofram's universal T50 and anti-corrosion T50 (NACE) regulating valves feature reliable precision. They are high-precision products designed for general and corrosive environments.

Test data has proven that MB's pressure regulating valves of this model offer superior performance compared to other small-sized pressure regulating valves currently available on the market. They outperform similar products in the market in terms of pressure and flow control, flow compensation, sensitivity to supply pressure, as well as stability and repeatability.

The entire valve body adopts a reinforced structural design, and the shell is made by alloy die-casting. The surface of the T50 pressure regulating valve is finished with ethylene spraying, which provides resistance to scratches, weathering and other physical damages. The surface of T50 NACE is sprayed with epoxy paint, offering stronger protection.

Both models of pressure regulating valves undergo rigorous pressure and leakage tests before leaving the factory.

Excellent design and high-quality materials ensure a long service life in harsh environments. The rubber soft seat provides better stability and has less stringent requirements for gas cleanliness.

Thanks to the installation of a suction device, pressure compensation is performed at large flow rates. It is equipped with a pressure gauge port that allows for easy installation of a pressure gauge and can also serve as an additional flow outlet.

The T50 pressure regulating valve is equipped with a detachable, self-cleaning 40-micron nylon filter screen (the filter screen of T50 NACE is made of 316 stainless steel).
