HSC sleeve single-seat control valve

The HSC sleeve single-seat control valve is a high-performance single-seat control valve, suitable for occasions where high pressure difference causes flashing and cavitation. The robust sleeve protects the valve body from damage caused by flashing and cavitation. The fluid channel of the valve body is in an S streamlined shape, featuring small pressure drop loss, large flow rate and a wide adjustable range. The valve core has a large guiding area and good vibration resistance. The control valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force.

Notes:

  1. The numbers in the dark boxes indicate the standard-specification actuators matched with the valves.
  2. The maximum allowable pressure difference shall not exceed the maximum value specified in ANSI B16.34 or JIS B2201 standards.
  3. In the same cell, the number above represents the full allowable pressure difference of the valve, and the number below represents the allowable pressure difference when the valve is closed.

Notes:

  1. If the actuator is equipped with an auxiliary air supply, the smaller one of the two supply pressures shall be selected as the basis for calculating the allowable pressure difference.
  2. The maximum allowable pressure difference shall not exceed the maximum value specified in ANSI B16.34 or JIS B2201.
  3. In the same cell, the number above represents the allowable pressure difference when the valve is normally open, and the number below represents the allowable pressure difference when the valve is closed.
