PN16 25 40 63 100 Ball Valves For Two Position Sequence Control In Process Control Systems
The V400-BA series ball valves are suitable for two-position and sequence control in the process control systems of industrial production such as chemical, light industry, papermaking, etc.
 
Ball valve has smooth flow passage whose diameter is the same as the pipe at full opening, which features superior shut-off performance, simple construction, small size and light weight among other advantages. Ball valve is suitable for two type and sequential control in petrochemical, chemical, light industry, paper and other industrial process control systems.Ball valve can be divided into two types, floating ball and trunnion ball by construction.Floating ball has simple construction, the bigger the operating pressure, the bigger the operating torque.
Soft-seated floating ball valve has no limitation for its flow direction which can guarantee bi-directional sealing, therefore it is suitable for medium temperature and medium pressure occasions. However metal-seated floating ball valve has outlet seat sealing construction, the inlet seat construction adopts helical compression spring or butterfly spring -loaded, therefore unidirectional sealing.Trunnion ball valve seat combination adopts helical compression spring or butterfly spring-loaded, also the operating torque is small and the flow direction is not limited therefore bi-directional sealing. According to different usages, metal-seated ball valve’s sphere and seat can have sealing surface hardening treatment through hot spray cobalt-based, nickel-based alloys or sprayed tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, cermet and other technologies, therefore long time reliable sealing is guaranteed. Metal-seated trunnion ball is suitable for high temperature, high pressure and fluid containing particles and slurry. Soft-seated trunnion ball valve adopts non-metallic plastic for its seat and is suitable for larger diameter or higher pressure occasions.Valve stem features anti-washed off and back seal construction. Packing exchange is possible for working conditions (with pressure). Anti-static and fire construction is optional.Pneumatic ball valve is usually equipped with dual-piston gear-rack cylinder actuator, spring return or double acting cylinder is optional. Other actuator types such as electric motor and hydraulic cylinder are also available.
