HTSW Pneumatic Single-Seat Bellows Sealed Control Valve
 
HTSW bellows sealed single-seat control valve is a top-guided control valve. It features a compact valve body structure with an S-shaped streamlined fluid channel, which results in small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, and a wide adjustable range. The upper valve bonnet adopts a bellows sealing structure, which can completely eliminate the possibility of process medium leaking out from the valve stem movement gap—this is one of the significant characteristics of bellows sealed valves. Due to the deformability and excellent anti-aging property of the bellows element itself, this type of control valve completely overcomes the common weaknesses of packing-sealed valves, such as packing aging and sensitivity to temperature differences. Secondly, the adoption of a bellows-packing double sealing structure ensures better safety and reliability. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic control systems for rare and special media such as highly toxic, strongly corrosive, and radioactive substances.

 

The valve core has a large guiding area and excellent vibration resistance. It is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force.
