HCN Low-Noise Cage-Type Control Valve
The HCN low-noise cage-type control valve is mainly designed to reduce the noise of compressible fluids. To adapt to gas throttling, diffusion and expansion, the sleeve is provided with many symmetrical small holes to reduce pressure drop. The fluid channel is in an S-shaped streamline design, and there is also a guide vane that improves the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve, so the control valve has small pressure drop loss, large flow rate and low noise.

 

The valve core adopts a pressure-balanced structure, and the control valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force.
