ZSRJ Compact Pneumatic O-type Shut-off Ball Valve
ZSRJ compact O-type shut-off ball valve is designed on the basis of absorbing the advantages of several ball valves with different structures. The ball core adopts a hollow sphere, which is light in weight, causes little wear to the valve seat, features excellent sealing performance and has a long service life. The packing adopts two wedge-shaped packings installed in a staggered and inverted manner, which not only improves the tightness of the stuffing box, but also reduces the height by about half. The actuator adopts a high-performance RC cylinder piston actuator, which has a simple structure, large output torque, and the output torque basically meets the starting torque requirements of the ball valve. The single-acting O-type ball valve is characterized in that once the power source fails, the ball valve will be in the closed or open position according to the requirements of the control system.
